Where does the work come from?
We're not a job board. Companies keep posting in the WhatsApp groups you're already in, just with our link. Want to see more offers? Stay in the groups, and tell the companies you work with there's a simpler way to recruit.
Certified, and trainees too
The first time, you add a line about yourself: certified or trainee, and years of experience. The company sees it next to your name, so you don't need to introduce yourself again on every post.
How do I get certified?
Certification comes from recognised courses, for example the cliff-descent instructor course at the Wingate Academic College. Check requirements and dates directly with the course provider. We don't certify and we don't check certificates: you declare, and the company checks, like today.
Guide questions
Do I need to download an app?
No. Everything works in your phone's browser, from the link in the group. You log in with your phone number and an SMS code, no password.
Who sees my phone number?
Guides: the company sees your name, the line you wrote and whether you're certified or a trainee. It sees your phone only after it assigns you. Other guides and other companies don't see that you signed up. Companies: only you see who signed up for your events.
The SMS code didn't arrive. What now?
Check the number is right (Israeli mobile, starting 05), wait a minute and ask for a new code. If it still doesn't arrive, message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you get in.
How do I find work here?
Through the groups you're already in. Companies post there with our link, and you tap and sign up. After you're assigned, the event waits for you in the guide area with meeting point and parking, and a reminder arrives the day before.
