Recruit guides with one link. No more "DM me", no more "still relevant".
Post an event from your phone in under a minute, paste it in the group like always, and guides grab a spot in 20 seconds. Free.
No app, no password. Log in with your phone.
Sound familiar?
- The same post goes up three times, each time with "still relevant".
- Ten private chats, and you keep track in your head of who answered.
- A guide you don't know? "If we haven't worked together, please introduce yourself."
- You write "closed 🙏", and three more people reply that they're free.
The group works. What's missing is one place that shows who signed up, who's assigned and what's still open. That's what the link is for.
This is how it looks in the group
You fill in the date, place and role. The message is written in the group's style, with your greeting and signature. When you paste it, the link opens with a card that shows the date, place and role.
The message comes out in Hebrew, the way the groups write.

Five steps, and your team is set
- 1
Post.
An event from your phone, in under a minute.
- 2
Paste.
The message is ready, with a link. Same group as always.
- 3
Sign up.
A guide taps, enters phone and code. 20 seconds.
- 4
Assign.
Every applicant in one place. One tap.
- 5
Close.
Recruiting closes, and a "closed" message is ready to paste.
For company owners
- A post in under a minute. From your phone, in your own words.
- Every applicant in one place. No digging through ten private chats.
- Assign with one tap. The guide gets an SMS confirmation.
- "Closed" ready to go. Paste it under your post.
For guides
- 20 seconds. Phone and code, no app.
- Next time, one tap. Your details are saved.
- See if there's still a spot. Before you write.
- Your events. Meeting point, parking and a reminder the day before.
Free. Really.
- Guides: free forever.
- Founding companies: free at least until 30 June 2027.
- Today: everything is free for everyone.
What everyone asks
How much does it cost?
Today everything is free for everyone. Guides will never pay. Founding companies are free at least until 30 June 2027, then keep a founder price. Details on the pricing page.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Everything works in your phone's browser, from the link in the group. You log in with your phone number and an SMS code, no password.
Who sees my phone number?
Guides: the company sees your name, the line you wrote and whether you're certified or a trainee. It sees your phone only after it assigns you. Other guides and other companies don't see that you signed up. Companies: only you see who signed up for your events.
The SMS code didn't arrive. What now?
Check the number is right (Israeli mobile, starting 05), wait a minute and ask for a new code. If it still doesn't arrive, message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you get in.
Your next recruiting post can go out with a link.
Post one event and see how it feels. Not for you? Carry on as before.
